Twenty-nine years with a curriculum that very few can afford. Fabiano Grassi, from Bologna, but a citizen of the world is an international chef, despite his young age, having achieved several awards, worked with leading chefs and in some of the major European restaurants including Cecconi’s Mayfair, D & D London, Bank Restaurant and Zuma London.
Mehta Ristorante is located in Martina Franca in Puglia, a reality in which there is a mix of modern city and territory. Surrounded by greenery, the sea a few steps away but above all top quality products, the essential element of the Mehta dishes.
Mehta’s inspiration, and the leitmotif of his kitchen, is the fusion of passions like music and cooking, the chef Fabiano Grassi and his talent manage to create unique dishes for combinations, colors and flavors. An experience to be lived in full.
